About our privacy policy
RJC-Choppers cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by RJC-Choppers. The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 25/04/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This Privacy Policy describes what information about you is collected by us, where this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data can possibly be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide us. About the data processing

Woocommerce
Our webshop has been developed with software from Woocommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Woocommerece has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Woocoemmerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have made with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a password policy. Woocommerece uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and / or stored.
Woocommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own concern in order to further improve their services.
Mijndomein
We take web hosting and e-mail services from Mijndomein. Mijndomein processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for their own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Mijndomein has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Your hosting is required by virtue of the confidentiality.
Icegram
Our website uses Icegram, a third party that emits the e-mail traffic from our website and handling any newsletters. Various confirmation emails that you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the Icegram servers. Icegram never use your name and e-mail address for your own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click here you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by Icegram. Icegram uses cookies and other internet technologies that make it clear whether e-mails are opened and read. Pay.nl
We use the Pay.nl platform for handling a (part of) the payments in our web shop. Pay.nl processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility) Pay.nl shares personal information and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the components of Pay.nl’s services for which they engage third parties. Pay.nl does not store your data longer than is permitted by the legal terms.
Product Reviews
We collect reviews through the Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin. If you leave a review via Customer Reviews for WooCommerce then you are not obliged to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Customer Reviews for WooCommerce will share this information with us so that we can show the review to your order on the website.
PostNL/My Parcel
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of My-parcel and PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with My-parcel and PostNL. My-parcel and PostNL use this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to that third party.
