Biltwell Harlot P-Pad “Horizontal Tuck n’ Roll” are constructed with a 4mm thick leather base panel that features a weather-resistant vinyl laminate for durability, every Harlot pad features a precision hand-stitched vinyl cover over comfortable molded polyurethane foam padding. Four nickel-plated grommets allow easy custom installation on the rear fender.
