Final drive belt for Harley-Davidson, Falcon
Replacement final drive /rear belt for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Falcon belts. Sport Plus Carbon. Goodyear engineered, carbon fiber reinforced. 33% more tensile strength than aramid reinforced belts.
Although descriptions of the various models on which a certain belt or pulley should fit were thoroughly checked, we strongly recommend counting the number of tooth on the old belt or pulley you wish to replace, to avoid mishaps.
The remark ‘HDI’ in the descriptions means H-D international ( = export non USA ) models.
Upto 1999 the standard belt was 1 1/2″wide.
Year 00-06 Dyna and Softail models are equipped with narrower, 1 1/8″ wide belts and pulley’s.
FLT’s haven changed in 2004 to 1 1/8′ wide. 07-up models are equipped with a 1″ ( 150 wide tires), or even narrower, 20mm ( 200 tires ) wide belt to create space for these wider tires.
