Found a cheap lowering set on the internet and bought me some new fork seals and oil. 
The tie-rap on the fork indicates a two inch lowering
The result of 20 minuten of playing with oil and tools.
Looking a lot better.
Next up: shorten the rear fender, fix the electrical problems and make some progress with my project.
