Sam’s chop Phase 1

Phase one of Sam’s chop is done.

This bike started as a almost completely original 2000 883 sportster in a very good condition and low mileage. From day one there was a plan to transform this beauty in a true chopper.

For phase one we changed the stock handlebars for a nice black Biltwell Zed handlebar. Added a pair of Avon grips, black levers, new/longer black-out cables for the clutch/throttle and brake line, a small 4″ mirror and relocated/changed the indicators.

Other plans are there to change the front wheel, change the tank, modify the rear section, some small optical improvements like exhaust, lights air cleaners and top it of with a nice seat and paint job. What we will do next is up to Sam
